About the Owner
Doug Anderson
To Doug Anderson, the hospitality industry has always been a family business. His father and brothers were involved in Southern Minnesota hotels as both owners and operators. Doug hails from Wilmar, Minnesota and attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1962.
Today, Doug remains involved as owner of Mankato's Suite 3 Hotels. He's also an inductee of the Minnesota Hospitality Hall of Fame, and a member of the Minnesota Lodging Association and the Minnesota Hospitality Association.
